The Carolinas Futurity is starting a new incentive program to try and kindle interest in the futurity weanling classes and give an incentive to breeders to purchase breedings through our stallion services each year. (It is fashioned after the Grand National Program.)

Anyone who purchases one of the offered stallion services from the futurity this year will have the resulting 2012 foal eligible to win added money in either the amateur weanling class or the jackpot class. The weanling does not have to be the winner of the class; but rather the highest placing weanling from one of the stallion services sold by the futurity.

Money will be placed in escrow from each stallion service sold to fund this incentive program. The more stallions sold, the more money will be put into the program. We will also try and get donations and/or sponsorships as well.
